1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially used skincare and haircare products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective or incorrect).

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund approval will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Option

  • Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund for eligible cases, subject to stock availability.

5. Order Issues

  • For wrong or missing items, customers must report within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/video if required).
